- Note on Renaming: Originally established as the “Laboratory of Forensic Medicine,” it was renamed to “Laboratory of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology” (Ministerial Decision B1/298/92, Government Gazette 350/28-5-92) and subsequently renamed to “Laboratory of Forensic Science – Human Toxicology and Insurance Medicine” (Ministerial Decision 66086/B1/5-7-2004, Government Gazette 1133/27-7-2004).
