The Laboratory was originally established within the Sector of Nervous System and Sensory Organs. By virtue of decision no. Β1/119259/7-12-2004, the academic field of Otorhinolaryngology was transferred to the Sector of Surgery; following a decision by the General Assembly, the corresponding Clinic and Laboratories were also transferred to the same Sector.
