Dear Representatives of Democritus University of Thrace – Faculty of Medicine,

Central Asian University (CAU), Uzbekistan, is honored to invite your medical students to participate in the 3rd Annual International Medical Olympiad “Medicine of the Future 2026.”

The 2025 edition brought together 45+ medical universities from 12+ countries. This year, the Olympiad will once again bring together medical students from universities around the world for an international academic competition.

📍 Event Details

Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Dates: October 29–November 1, 2026
Grand Prize: USD 42,000

Participants will have the opportunity to:

* demonstrate their medical knowledge and clinical skills;
* solve clinical cases and practical tasks;
* compete with medical students from different countries;
* represent their university at an international academic event.

👥 Delegation

Each university may nominate:

5 medical students (4th–6th year) + 1 faculty supervisor

🏨 What is Covered

Accommodation and meals are fully covered for international participants.

Travel expenses to and from Tashkent are covered by the participating students or their university.
